Established over the last 3 years Every Sunday night at Platillos we hold our Latin Party - "Barrio Latino"

From 6.30pm we hold salsa dancing lessons in Platillos bar. 
Salsa dance, which began in Cuba and Latin America, takes it's name from the word salsa, reflecting the 'heat' of the dance. It is a mixture of fluid, sensuous moves performed with a partner and creative solo dances. Led by dance professional Winston, it is an evening of Latin moves and Latin heat.  

From 9.00 pm join in our weekly Latin Party  till 1am  with our resident Latin DJ''s and regular guests.  

Great cocktails, Great People, Great Music.

 

Salsa In the Square - Sunday 6th May: 3pm > 2am 

Winston Mitchell our resident Salsa teacher and all round organiser of things Salsa has got a great line up in place for the first of our open air extravaganzas. 

The Platillos terrace will feature an outside bottle bar, and BBQ (fingers crossed for some sunshine)

Live acts, DJ's and live band will start from 3pm in Leopold Square

La combinacion Perfecta (DJ's Lubi, Fabio & Silvao) are joing forces with resident DJ Sabroso for the full day

From 9pm we will party inside Platillos on 2 floors - with salsa on the ground floor bar and Kizombo in the first floor dancehall

2 Bars inside, open till 2 am

Free salsa lessons throughout the day in the open air
